delivery require a signature on delivery, the delivery address given
must have somebody present between 8.30am and 5.30pm to sign for the

DELIVERY PROBLEMS & RETURNS
If you wish to return an item, for whatever reason, you must contact us
first.
You have 7 days from the
receipt of your order in which you can change your mind about purchasing
the goods. Providing you inform us by letter, email or fax we will
refund the full price paid for the goods. The goods should be returned
to us in the same condition & packaging they were in when originally
sent from us. The reasonable cost of returning undamaged goods must be
borne by the customer & a proof of posting obtained.
Any promotional goods also
sent must also be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Goods Damaged on
Deliveries
Any product damaged when
delivered must be notified to us within 3 days of delivery. This can be
done either by phone, fax or e-mail.
We will replace your goods
free of charge or if no identical product is available we will offer a
refund or alternative product at your discretion. We may arrange for the
collection of the damaged goods.
Faulty Goods
Any goods supplied by us &
found to be faulty will be either replaced free of charge or refunded in
full.
Any product with a fault
or manufacturing defect can be returned under the manufacturers
warranty within a year of the purchase date. Before replacement or
refund we and the manufacturer may inspect the product to ensure it has
been used correctly & not been subject to misuse or negligent handling.
The faulty goods will be
replaced with an identical item and any reasonable postage charges
incurred by the customer refunded in full.
If
an identical product is not available we will offer a choice of a
full refund of the price paid and any reasonable postage charges
incurred by the customer,
or at the customers
discretion an alternative product of the same price delivered free of
charge.
Guarantee & Limitation of Liability
We would like you to enjoy
your purchases & will guarantee your total satisfaction.
If the quality of the
merchandise you receive is not to your satisfaction, you are entitled to
either (at our discretion) a full refund or replacement.
Our liability for any
direct or indirect consequential loss is excluded.
